My Mobile Subscription is Showing Expired

If you are seeing the expired message on mobile, and you have an active subscription on either iOS or Google Play, then:

  1. Tap Update Information
  2. Tap Restore Purchase (at the bottom)
  3. Tap Start Watching

You will then be directed to your account.


If you did not purchase on a mobile device, but instead signed up on our website join.vooks.com then you may need to log out and log back in.


Try to log onto your account either on a computer or your phone's web browser at watch.vooks.com and log in to your account. 

  1. Click on your profile icon (top right)
  2. Click on Account.
  3. Click on your subscription


There it should show you the next renewal date, the amount if you have a card on file, and if you have auto-renew enabled. 


If you believe your subscription should still be valid but are still getting the expired message, please reach out to our support team and we will help you get your account working again. Submit a ticket
