How do I Cancel my Vooks Subscription?

You can cancel your subscription on the account page


When you cancel, your video access will exist until the end of the current billing cycle, but you will not be charged further.


Here are the other different ways you can cancel depending on how you signed up:

If you signed up on the Vooks website:

  1. Go to the Account page by clicking on the round avatar icon on the top right of the page. Click Account.

  2. Once there, click on your monthly or yearly subscription to find options for pausing or canceling your subscription.

  3. Click on "Automatic Subscription Renewal".

  4. Click "Cancel Renewal". This will cancel your account at the end of its billing cycle.

NOTE: If you’re unable to see those options on the Account page, contact us and provide the last four digits of the card currently being charged and the email registered in the account and we’ll do a search to help you further.
