Having trouble signing-in to watch!

Thanks for using Vooks, hopefully this helps.


It's possible we were adding features to our system while were logging in. Following these steps exactly will help us troubleshoot the problem for you.


Try Logging in normally:

  1. Go to https://watch.vooks.com/login
  2. Enter your account email
  3. Enter your normal password


If you still can't access your account:

  1. Go to https://watch.vooks.com/reset-password
  2. Request a new password reset
  3. Click the new reset link in your email inbox (if you have requested a password reset before please only use the new link)
  4. Type a password of your choice with at least 8 characters, 1 capital, and 1 special character. Please make sure there are no extra spaces at the beginning or end of the password.
  5. If that does not work try manually typing the password Vooks2021! Making sure that there are no extra spaces and the beginning or end.


Still no luck? Please submit a ticket including what device you purchased Vooks on (App Store, Google Play, or Our Website), your account email, screenshots or recording, and your receipt of purchase. One of our agents will be happy to help you. https://vooks.freshdesk.com/support/tickets/new
