I can't access Vooks on my Amazon Fire TV?
Sorry about that! We are currently working on upgrading our infrastructure, during this process the Vooks Amazon app will not be available. When this is completed you will be able to use your Amazon Fire TV to access Vooks again like normal. For the inconvenience we will be offering all our Amazon Fire TV users 30 days free access to Vooks.
Can I still access Vooks?
Yes, you can access Vooks through the web at watch.vooks.com or via our mobile apps on iOS or Android.
Why do I have to enter my payment info again?
While we are working on the new Vooks app for Amazon Fire TV, payment through the Amazon store will not be available. You will have to re - enter your payment info on watch.vooks.com/account to continue your subscription after the 30 day free access period.
