Having trouble signing-in to watch!

So sorry for the trouble! 


If the sign-in page is asking for a password and you don't have one, here is how to reset it:
  1. Please add 'support@vooks.com' to your contact list to ensure messages from us do not end up in your spam folder.
  2. Visit the sign-in page.

  3. Underneath the password field look for the "Forgot your password?" link and click that.
  4. Enter your email address on that page and click Request password reset.mceclip1.png
  5. If you are an active customer, you will be emailed a link to set a new password. Check your email inbox for that link!

NOTE: If you do not receive an email to reset your password, it's likely that you are using an incorrect email address. Please try any other addresses you own. Check all of your email inboxes for a 'Start watching' email from Vooks (search for 'Start watching Vooks '). Be sure to search your junk mail folder for the 'Start watching' email. If you are still having trouble after this, please contact us at support@vooks.com.
